Hi, I’m Anne—a personal freedom coach and certified HeartMath® practitioner.

After decades of pushing through stress, I learned that peace isn’t found in doing more—it’s found in how we respond.

I work with people who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or constantly reacting to life.

Together, we’ll use practical techniques to quiet your mind, reset your energy, and shift how you feel—from the inside out.

The story of my life so far can best be described as the search for freedom, which it took me over sixty years to discover.

I grew up in Paris, France. After my parents divorced I lived with my father and I grew up never feeling that I got the love or affection I craved from my mother, which meant my childhood was marked by emotional hurt.

When I was a little girl, my mother had a boyfriend who owned a small plane. When he took us up into the sky, I had never felt anything like it, and that instilled in my a profound love of flying.

Unlike my sister, I had little interest in school, so I used to slip out of the side door after the roll call each day to go horse riding. That meant I left school with zero qualifications.

I developed a great way to get by, which was to use sheer force of personality together with what you might call a loose relationship with the truth.

I also took flying lessons and learned to fly a small plane... before I could drive. It felt amazing! Every time I took off into the sky I felt truly free, as though I left all my worries behind on the ground. Of course, those worries would still be there waiting for me again when I landed.

In my search for happiness I married very young, at only eighteen years old, and divorced only three years later. Soon afterwards, at just 24 years old, I lost my father.

I left France for the United States and got my pilot's licence, then returned to Paris where I discovered the early Eighties club scene and the drug of choice at the time, which was heroin. When I first snorted the heroin, it felt amazing! I stopped feeling the difficult emotions, the pain simply went away! (Of course, this was not a real, long-term solution!)

But of course the relief was only short-lived. Just like flying, the pain had not really gone away, it was just masked for a while.

That way of coping simply wasn't sustainable, and soon I found myself in rehab, which meant moving to England as there were no facilities like that in my own country.

After I got free from that particular addiction, I moved around for a couple of years but then succeeded in obtaining my commercial pilot's license and got my first job with an airline in the UK. That was the start of a career that spanned almost thirty years.

My first fifteen years in the air were very enjoyable. However, over time I discovered that flying for a living was very different to the feeling I remembered from those early experiences. Instead of the feeling of freedom, the job was weighed down by intense and long hours, reams of regulations, on top of a high level of responsibility and stress.

At least I had a well-paid career. But I later learned that fortunes can change in an instant, when I was quite literally brought back down to Earth in the cruellest way.

In my routine pilot's medical examination, a scan had revealed a blockage in my heart, which would require an aortic valve replacement, and that meant my licence to fly was immediately revoked. I would never be allowed to fly again.

I cannot tell you how hard that news knocked me down. I hit rock bottom. Not only my career and my income, but also my identity were all snatched away from me in that moment.

Naturally I experienced a lot of fear about the prospect of open heart surgery and whether it would change me, but I had no choice. Following the surgery, something told me that to heal fully would take something more.

I knew intuitively that ultimately my healing was down to me, and the quacks could not help. I had to heal my heart, not only physically, but emotionally as well! And that would mean going on a journey that scared me. I would have to go within, and I would have to face the reality I had been running from my whole life.

Unable to work, I was at least free to start that journey, so I started to follow some of the most radical alternative doctors and experts in personal growth.

One memorable moment came on a course run by Joe Dispenza in Barcelona, Spain in 2016. That was when I finally realised I needed to forgive my mother, not for her sake, but for my own. I opened my heart and I let go of the belief that she never loved me, I let go of all the anger, all the resentment. I finally let go of the victim. From that point, I was able to approach my mother in love and we enjoyed several months being extremely close until she passed the very next year.

The next key step along my journey was when I enrolled on a course called Heartmath. This programme promised to connect you with the intelligence of your own heart.

HeartMath is a unique and powerful system of stress management, resilience building and high-performance techniques, tools and innovative biofeedback technologies. The system is easy to learn, practice and teach to others. And most importantly, it works! That’s why it has been used by organisations such as NASA, Stanford Hospital, ITV, Nuffield Health and Microsoft as well as by hundreds of thousands of individuals worldwide

While the course was aimed at a coaching qualification, it was absolutely not my intention ever to be any kind of coach. I was there for myself.

And the course delivered! After I did that work, only then I really did feel free. By communicating with my heart, I discovered my true self and a totally new way of choosing. I got to choose freely how I wanted to be, no longer a victim of others, no longer having to wear any mask.

I realised that of course I couldn't find true freedom through anything external, whether flying high in the sky or getting high in the clubs. The only way I could find the path to real freedom was by going into my own heart, by reconnecting, and by choosing to let go of my pain.

As I said, it was never my goal to be any kind of coach. But as soon as I realised I did have the power within me to get over my own disabling emotions and discover true freedom, it felt so amazing that I knew this was something had to share with other people.

That is why I now use my time to help others who find themselves held back by emotions and beliefs that don't serve you.

Major life events can really bring these issues to the surface. Maybe you are facing retirement and worried about what will be on the other side, maybe your children have finally moved out and left a big gap in your life.

The point is, for many of us there comes a time where we are faced with the opportunity to become who we truly are, to spread out wings and be the best version of ourselves we can be. There is no question it is an exciting place to be... but it can also be terrifying!

That's why I am here to help. I can help you to find true emotional freedom and to step into a place where you truly get to choose the life you want. The reason I can state that with confidence is because I have walked a similar path, and helped many others to achieve exactly those results.

If you're ready to fly, I am ready to show you how, starting today.. And it won't take sixty years, just a matter of weeks!
